角色與職責：
1）根據(jù)客戶要求設(shè)計電纜和系統(tǒng)；
Design cable and system in according to customerrequirement.
2）制作投標文件，并回答技術(shù)問題；
Answer technology question and make document inbidding.
3）計算并優(yōu)化中壓電纜的BOM和成本；
Calculate and Optimize BOM and cost for MV cable.
4）監(jiān)控工廠實際的BOM和設(shè)備工作時間；
Monitor actual BOM and machine working time inplant.
5）中壓電纜的成本的設(shè)計；
DTC (design to cost) for MV cable.
6）中壓電纜及系統(tǒng)的新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)；
New product development for MV cable and system.
7）完成其它由部門領(lǐng)導安排的臨時或額外工作。
Completing other temporary or additional workarranged by leadership.
任職資格要求:
1）大專或以上學歷；
College degree or above.
2）至少五年中壓電力電纜設(shè)計或工藝工作經(jīng)歷；
Five years for MV power cable design or process atleast.
3）精通中壓電纜的GB、IEC、ICEA、AS/NZS標準；
Proficient in GB, IEC, ICEA, AS/NZS standard for MVcable.
4）良好的英文讀寫能力；
Good written and spoken in English.
5）良好的CAD和辦公軟件操作能力；
Good for CAD and office software.
6）良好的溝通技能；能夠跨部門思考和不同部門之間保持聯(lián)系，合適的決策，勤奮，精確，聰明
Good communication skills; be able to thinkcross-functionally and liaise between different functions, comfortable makingdecisions, diligence, precise, smart
