1. Plan and Conduct the quick process audit to ensure the production’s conformance to the requirements(Work Order/CA/ITP/WI/etc.), report to production and quality manager for any deviation to correct at once 計劃并實施快速過程審核以確保生產(chǎn)符合要求（工單/CA/ITP/WI等），如有偏差，及時向生產(chǎn)經(jīng)理和質(zhì)量匯報 2. Manage the internal non-conformance per HQ rules, ensure the accuracy and complete information of NCR records, monitoring the timely disposition of NC products 根據(jù)總部規(guī)定管理內(nèi)部不合格項，確保不合格項記錄的準確性和完整性，監(jiān)控不合格品的及時處理 3. Collect the COPQ with the entry of NCA system and Cognos report download 通過NCA系統(tǒng)收集COPQ，Cognos報告下載 4. Make analysis of INC, work with internal team to do the root cause analysis and corrective actions for top failures 對INC進行分析，與內(nèi)部團隊合作對主要問題進行根本原因分析并制定糾正措施 5. Keep eyes on lesson learn and best practice to share with plant team and regional team 關(guān)注經(jīng)驗教訓和最佳實踐，與工廠團隊和區(qū)域團隊分享
6. Lead continuous improvement projects to find the opportunities of decreasing the COPQ 主導持續(xù)改進項目，尋找降低COPQ的機會
