角色與職責：
組織工廠鞏固強化Prysmian HSE文化，組織開展各種安全活動
Lead team toconsolidate Prysmian HSE culture and host HSE activities in PTJ site.
負責對員工進行HSE培訓(xùn)，落實新員工入職三級安全教育培訓(xùn)。
Lead HSE re-freshtraining to all employees and consolidate “Three Tier ”HSE training for newemployees.
制訂并修訂本公司安全生產(chǎn)管理制度和安全技術(shù)規(guī)程，編制勞動保護專項措施計劃，提出勞動保護專項措施方案，并檢查執(zhí)行情況。
Prepare andmaintenance HSE SOPs & WIs. Plan and follow up HSE hazard preventionprogram.
組織本公司安全、環(huán)保、保衛(wèi)檢查，貫徹事故隱患整改制度，協(xié)助和督促有關(guān)部門對查出的隱患制訂防范措施，檢查隱患整改工作。
Lead routineHSE& security inspection. Push and follow up relevant Dept. to implementcorrective actions.
做好HSE相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計，并制作每月HSE月報。
Collect HSE data,and make PTJ monthly HSE report.
組織本公司新改擴建項目的HSE前期評價、試車、竣工驗收等工作，使其符合安全、環(huán)保、消防等法規(guī)要求。
Lead HSEpre-assessment/commissioning/Govt. final acceptance for PTJ new/changingproject to comply with China regulation requirement.
組織本公司特種設(shè)備的安全管理、檢查督促有關(guān)部門搞好安全裝置的維護保養(yǎng)和管理工作。組織對特種作業(yè)人員的安全技術(shù)培訓(xùn)和考核。
Lead PTJ specialequipment management, enhance regular inspection and maintenance. Ensure to complywith regulation requirements and no related HSE incident.
組織公司職業(yè)衛(wèi)生管理，定期進行作業(yè)現(xiàn)場職業(yè)危害因素檢驗工作和員工職業(yè)健康體檢。
Lead industrialhygiene management, take IH hazard regular testing and occupational healthcheck-up.
深入現(xiàn)場檢查，解決有關(guān)安全問題，糾正違章指揮、違章作業(yè)，遇有危及安全生產(chǎn)的緊急情況，有權(quán)令其停止作業(yè)，并立即報告有關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)處理
Take routine HSEinspection in workshop. Stop and correct anything violated HSE rules.
負責消防控制系統(tǒng)和消防設(shè)備的定期檢測。負責公司HSE應(yīng)急預(yù)案的編制和搭建公司HSE應(yīng)急響應(yīng)機構(gòu)并定期進行演練。
Lead fire-alarm& extinguishing system regular maintenance. Prepare PTJ HSE emergencyrespond program. Build ERP team and take drilling regularly.
組織HSE事故的調(diào)查、處理工作。跟蹤并推進改進措施的按時完成。
Lead HSE incidentinvestigation and action plan. Follow and push relevant Dept.to completecorrective action on time.
跟蹤PTJ工廠HSE KPI。學(xué)習(xí)并向PTJ團隊Prysmian集團其他工廠的HSE事故和最佳實踐。
Track PTJ site HSEKPI. Learn and share HSE incident and good practices from Prysmian other sites.
配合行政部門對本公司治安方面的人員防范、技術(shù)防范的管理，定期檢查相關(guān)記錄。保證人、車、物的進出公司處于正常有序狀態(tài)。
Work with Admin tomanage guard. Ensure people & property safe.
協(xié)助采購和維護部門，確保承包商施工不發(fā)生HSE事故。
Co-work with purchasingand maintenance Dept. to ensure no contractor HSE incident in PTJ.
配合相關(guān)部門處理公司三廢，確保符合Prysmian 和中國法規(guī)要求
Co- work withrelevant Dept. to treat waste, which ensure Prysmian requirement and Chinaregulation.
任職資格要求:
教育背景: 本科學(xué)歷，環(huán)境工程、安全工程相關(guān)專業(yè)
工作經(jīng)驗: 6年制造行業(yè)HSE工作經(jīng)驗
技能: 電腦操作技能，熟悉ISO14001/OHSAS18001體系
其他：
1、強有力的HSE領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力和責任感；
2、良好的溝通技巧，可與公司內(nèi)部不同層級和外部政府良好的溝通；
3、品行正直、堅韌；
4、熟悉安全、環(huán)保、健康、消防的國家法規(guī)和相關(guān)標準要求；
5、國家注冊安全工程師尤佳
