主要工作職責 (按重要性排列):
Plant operation:1.Safety;P&L,Quality,risks control.Responsible for overall manufacturing operation, to make operation plans and take implementation consistenting with the achievement of Group strategy and target;2. To improve current workflow of various departments and establish standard operating policies and procedures to ensure effective manufacturing operations;3. To lead production capacity optimisation, continuous improvement, innovation and change.Production Safety:4. Responsible for all matters associated with health, safety, environment in the plant;Food Safety:5. To monitor and control food safety and ensure the standards are maintained within specifications Quality:6. To monitor production quality through the QA-System and improve product quality and overall manufacturing efficiency through procedures and processes.Cost:7. To control plant cost and make annual budget plan;Project:8. To lead and coordinate production projects, ensure the

學歷:Flour milling Bachelor degree or above dipoma. Engineer,Chief Miller.
工作經(jīng)驗:Minimum 5 years relevant experience in food or related industry, with 5 years management experience in production or operation functions; Flour milling operation 5 years.
知識及技能:
Fine milling experts with comprehensive knowledge for wheat, market and baking;Familiar with flour customers and market in East China;Strong organization and communication skills, problem solving skills; Excellent Management skills (Hierarchical and functional management); Ability to work closely with various production plants;Good command of English writing and oral skills;
